Software Dev-Ops Lead

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Software Dev-Ops Lead will be an interface between ARTBnk’s U.S. product management, customer support and customer success teams and our overseas development organization.
You will deploy minor bug fixes and feature enhancements that have been approved by QA to our SaaS deployment in AWS.
You will provide customer support with workarounds until bug fixes can be implemented by development.
You will help estimate the resource requirements of new and enhanced features vs. required bug fixes to assist product management in prioritizing development deliverables.
You will review product requirements documentation, ensuring that technical communication is clear and unambiguous.
You will provide input on architectural and algorithmic choices to align development with the company’s overall strategy of scaling our user base as quickly as possible.
If needed, you will help implement employee productivity tools and troubleshoot U.S.-based IT issues.
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of dev-ops, SaaS, or software development management experience in a distributed development environment.
Experience with SaaS deployments in AWS, Java, Python, Apache, Hadoop, MySQL, GitHub, Django, and YouTrack.
Experience finding workarounds to quickly solve customer issues.
Be customer driven and strive to always deliver outstanding experiences for ARTBnk customers and employees.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Russian a huge plus.
