Product Manager

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Product Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of ARTBnk’s product roadmap.

  • The product manager interfaces with ARTBnk’s product and executive teams, customer support and success teams, development organization, and ARTBnk customers and partners.

  • For ARTBnk employees and contractors, you will lead a daily stand-up scrum in which the status of key deliverables in discussed and questions and issues addressed.

  • You will submit, review and update enhancement tickets for ARTBnk’s SaaS application specifying the detailed features and feature enhancements of future ARTBnk releases.

  • You will prepare documentation that communicates roadmap status, suitable for subject matter experts, and summarized for executive consumption.   

  • For ARTBnk customers, prospects, and partners, you will assist with the review and preparation of collateral and other marketing materials, and lead a weekly live demo and Q&A session.

  • As required, you will help assist with other product-related tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a SaaS-based or on-prem software company.

  • Experience working in a geographically distributed environment.

  • Experience with SaaS deployments in AWS, and an understanding of modern software languages and tools, such as Java, Python, Apache, Hadoop, MySQL, GitHub, Django, and trouble-ticketing software tools.

  • Be customer driven and strive to always deliver outstanding experiences for ARTBnk customers and employees.

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
