Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Product Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of ARTBnk’s product roadmap.
The product manager interfaces with ARTBnk’s product and executive teams, customer support and success teams, development organization, and ARTBnk customers and partners.
For ARTBnk employees and contractors, you will lead a daily stand-up scrum in which the status of key deliverables in discussed and questions and issues addressed.
You will submit, review and update enhancement tickets for ARTBnk’s SaaS application specifying the detailed features and feature enhancements of future ARTBnk releases.
You will prepare documentation that communicates roadmap status, suitable for subject matter experts, and summarized for executive consumption.
For ARTBnk customers, prospects, and partners, you will assist with the review and preparation of collateral and other marketing materials, and lead a weekly live demo and Q&A session.
As required, you will help assist with other product-related tasks.
B.S. in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience with a SaaS-based or on-prem software company.
Experience working in a geographically distributed environment.
Experience with SaaS deployments in AWS, and an understanding of modern software languages and tools, such as Java, Python, Apache, Hadoop, MySQL, GitHub, Django, and trouble-ticketing software tools.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

This position is located in our flagship office in Portsmouth, NH office. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing working remotely 1-2 days per week.
